I think the experiment has failed. Too many African peoples are a deficit. The left should see them as such with concerns to carbon footprints.
Everybody has got their cups but (as Afroconfederates say) they ain’t chip in.
Build a settlement off of Monrovia for repatriated Afroconfederate neighborhood-destroying migrants. Call it Atlanta City.
